Orientation
San Jorge is convenient to stroll around, but the beachfront - with the ferry terminal, sev-
eral restaurants and most of the bars - is a featureless 1km walk past a faux Spanish fort-
ress on the main road. Take taxis after dark between the town and the waterfront.
Information
Cybercafé San Jorge (Parque Central, ½c E; per hour US$0.70) One of the few internet cafes in
town.
Getting There & Around
Buses (US$0.25) leave for Rivas almost hourly from the ferry terminal, passing by the
Parque Central. Colectivos (US$0.50 to Rivas) roam the streets.
The road ends at the ferry terminal, where there's guarded parking (US$3) for your car
and a regular boat service to Moyogalpa and San José del Sur on Isla de Ometepe.
