Near Kotor, in Perast
If you're overnighting in Montenegro, tiny Perast is sleepier than Kotor—which is both
good (quiet after dark) and bad (quiet after dark). It's also, if anything, more expensive than
Kotor. These two hotels flank the main square along the waterfront road, right in the heart
