Korean restaurants proliferate on 32nd Street between Fifth and Sixth; this one, a little
off the path, specializes in home-made tofu every which way. There's more, though, like
simmered pork belly served as part of a spicy lettuce wrap.

A longtime favourite of local sushi lovers, this place is not cheap but won't break the
bank - and the freshness of the fish compensates in any case.

This 130-year-old chophouse is a classic; the bustling pub makes a great place for a mar-
tini and junior-sized mutton chop, or you can go all out on the larger cuts served in the
rambling dining room.
