Kubura (
久部良
) is the second largest village. It's in the far northwest corner of the island
and its port (
久部良港
; Kubura-kō) is the one used by the twice-weekly ferry service. Al-
though it's a very small village, there are nonetheless about a half dozen
minshuku
.
The Ailand Resort and Spa, Yonaguni's most deluxe hotel, is three-quarters of a mile (1 kilometer) from
the airport and less than a mile (2 kilometers) from Sonai town.
