Staffed by an international team and run like any good clinic in the West, it is a place that
makes most expats feel at ease going to. Dental needs can also be taken care of at SDM
Dental (

), in Euro Plaza. SDM Dental Clinics are internationally run
practices and have English-speaking staff on hand.
There are no national-level or international hospitals in Shunyi. For this, your closest
options are the main Beijing United Family Hospital (BJU) or Oasis International Hospital,
both in Lido. Possibly not tremendously closer than a trip to Lido is Shunyi District Hospital

, on the south side of Shunyi subway station. This is a second-tier hospit-
al, meaning it's a district-level hospital rather than a national hospital. It has, however, been
given a top grading for this level, and is a comprehensive hospital. For kids, Beijing New
Century Harmony Pediatric Clinic (

) is on Linyin Lu, not far from the
Crown Plaza. This is a satellite clinic of the respected Beijing New Century International
Children's Hospital. Though definitely more Chinese than the BJU clinic, it's staffed with
experienced pediatricians and nurses from China and overseas, and has 24-hour multilin-
gual services and consultations 9am-9pm.
