BOOKS
English-language books are much easier to come by. There are many large walk-in book-
stores, such as Page One, the Bookworm in Sanlitun, the Foreign Languages Bookstore
in Wangfujing, the Wangfujing Bookstore, the Beijing Books Building in Xidan, and the
Zhongguancun Book Building in Haidian.
Other smaller bookshops to know about include Sanlian Shudian, near the National Art
Gallery, and Timezone 8 in 798, which specialize in art books; and the Xinhua Travel Book-
shop, on the northwest side of Chongwenmen subway station, which is one place to go to
