BUS

Papandreou 45) serves Athens (€39, 6½ hours, nine daily), Konitsa (€6.20, 1¼ hours, sev-
en daily), Thessaloniki (€32, 3½ hours, six daily) and Metsovo (€5.80, one hour, four
daily). Summer buses sometimes serve Parga (€12, 1½ hours), otherwise, go via Igou-
menitsa (€9.80, 1¼ hours, eight daily) or Preveza (€10.40, two hours, six daily). Buses
also serve Dodoni (€2, 20 minutes). Zagorohoria buses are irregular, so check.
Buses from Ioannina serve Albanian border-post Kakavia (€6, one hour, nine daily).
Getting Around
For the airport (5km northwest, on the Perama road) take Bus 7 from the clock tower
(every 20 minutes). Budget Rent a Car ( 26510 43901; Dodonis 109) and Auto Union
Car Rental ( 25610 67751; Dodonis 66) are at the airport.
