graphy exhibitions. Return to Aristotelous, proceed downhill and turn right on Er-
mou. Veer into
Modiano Market
, full of fish on ice and trays of olives and
cheese.
Continue through Modiani, cross Venizelou and turn towards the water on Ionos
Dragoumi, through the former florists' market, the Louloudadika district, now con-
taining clothes shops, bars and restaurants. Continue down Ionos Dragoumi. At the
building; after it, turn right onto Mitropoleos, immediately left on Katouni and right
on Aigyptou. Here begins the
Ladadika district
, once comprising olive-oil ware-
houses and now home to atmospheric restaurants and bars.
