Panagia tou Harou
RELIGIOUS
This annual religious festival takes place on the 23 August, when the island fills up with
visitors who come to pay homage to the famous icon of the Virgin, and witness the mira-
culous flowering of the rootless lilies. Following a procession, expect all-night revelry in
the lower village square.
