Sadly this historic timber hotel - which could formerly lay claim to being Victoria's oldest
continually licensed pub (since 1842) - burned to the ground in February 2014. No plans
to rebuild were in place at time of publication, but watch this space.

Getting There & Away
The closest public transport from Melbourne is the V/Line bus service to Yarram, 12km to
the north of Port Albert. By road, take the South Gippsland Hwy and follow the signs to
Port Albert along the Yarram-Port Albert Rd.
