Located at Federation Square, the centre has comprehensive
tourist information on Melbourne and regional Victoria, including excellent resources for
mobility-impaired travellers, and a travel desk for accommodation and tour bookings.
There are power sockets for recharging phones, too. There's also a booth on the Bourke St
Mall (mostly for shopping and basic enquiries) and 'city ambassadors' (dressed in red)
wandering around the city, who can help with info and directions.
