riverside terrace is an excellent choice on a warm evening in summer, with a cool breeze
blowing in (if you are lucky) and pretty glimpses of the river below. The food, traditional
Romanian, is above average (but short of gourmet), though that doesn't diminish the fest-
ive feel.
