Checking data integrity in JIRA
JIRA comes with a database integrity checker utility to help you identify and fix data in-
consistencies, which can often occur as a result of the following:
• Installing and uninstalling add-ons with custom fields and workflow modules
• Direct database manipulation via custom applications and/or scripts
These inconsistencies can sometimes lead to workflow errors or even system crashes. In
this recipe, we will look at how to correct these data inconsistencies.
