the reason of collapse gelatin molecules during their interaction with BSA we have to
consider possible changes of the zeta poteintial for gelatin molecules in the presence of BSA.
The corresponding data are presented in Figure 3. As can be seen from Figure 3 increase of
BSA content in the BSA/gelatin mixture leads to decrease of the total positive charge of
gelatin molecules up to zero at q=6.The fall of the zeta potential is especially considerable
starting from q=2. At this q values the most part of gelatin is involved in interaction with
BSA (Figure 2).
