Green Parrot PUB
( www.greenparrotbar.com ; Prince George Wharf) Right on the wharf, this lively tropical-
themed pub ropes in cruise shippers with cheap, tasty sandwiches and enough rum to
drown a pirate. There are two other outposts, one overlooking Nassau Harbour west of
the Paradise Island entrance bridge, and another in Paradise Island's Hurricane Hole.

Hammerhead Bar & Grill BAR
(E Bay St; noon-late) 'Get hammered at Hammerheads' is the oh-so-subtle motto of
this funky little bar, between the two Paradise Island Bridges. A three-hour Happy 'Hour'
starts at 4pm, and there's live music on weekends. Mixed crowds include locals, Spring
Breakers, yachties.

Arawak Cay FISH FRY
( ) Weekends at Arawak Cay mean 'Fish Fry' - an island-wide neighborhood party with
food, music and rockin' reggae and Junkanoo music at the various seafood shacks and dai-
quiri bars. The area can get a bit wild later on, but the early evenings here are lively with
