compared to most principals. This indicates that the school curriculum and
teaching are the core aspects of school education. School principals have
a decisive influence on the school development and prospects under their
management. To enable the impossible to become possible, effective time
management is an essential leadership tool and topic.

This Section Provides Suggestions
Future studies can use these suggestions and directions as a reference to continue
investigation on this topic. The number of samples in this study was relatively small,
as was the scope of the study. Therefore, if future studies can expand the sampling
size and increase the research content, the value of the research will be increased. In
addition, a deeper understanding of the variations regarding the time management
of principals when handling school affairs will be obtained.
