menu, select
Headers & Footers
and then click
List Headers &
Footers
.
The List Headers & Footers dialog box is displayed.

Step 5: Customize the First Column
To enhance the presentation, the first column of the list will have some additional text.
1.
In the work area, select the
List Column Title
for
Sub-location
.
2.
In the
Properties
pane, change the
Source Type
from
Data Item Label
to
Report
Expression
.
3.
Double-click the
Report Expression
property.
The Report Expression dialog box is displayed.
4.
From the
Queries
tab in the
Av a i l a b l e C o m p o n e n t s
pane, drag
Location
to the
Expression Definition
pane.
