This query should also filter the profit totals by time, product, and retailer information.
1.
In the
Explorer Bar
, mouse over the
Query Explorer
tab and select
Statistics_query
.

From the

tab of the
Insertable Objects
pane, drag
Slicer Member Set
into the
Slicer
pane in the work area.
The Slicer Member Expression dialog box is displayed.
3.
In the
Sales
namespace, expand the
Time
dimension.
4.
Drag the
Time
hierarchy into the
Expression Definition
pane.
5.
Add
->?Selected Time?
after the hierarchy in the
Expression Definition
pane.
The expression should resemble the following:
[Sales].[Time].[Time]->?Selected Time?
6.
Click
OK
to close the dialog box.
7.
From the
To o l b o x
tab of the
Insertable Objects
pane, drag another
Slicer Member Set
into the
Slicer
pane in the work area.
The Slicer Member Expression dialog box is displayed.
8.
In the
Sales
namespace, expand the
Products
dimension.
