Click OK to close the Image URL dialog box.
With the image added, the first of the four table cells has been formatted. We will now
format the four table cells that have the embedded text items.

Click the second Ta b l e C e l l , which has The Great Outdoors Company text item.
When you choose the table cell, all formatting will automatically apply to objects added
into the cell.

From the toolbar, click the drop-down arrow next to Foreground Color to show the
Named Colors palette.

Select Blue .

From the toolbar, click the Bold button.

Click the third Ta b l e C e l l , which has the Human Resources text item.

From the toolbar, click the drop-down arrow next to Foreground Color .

Select White .

From the toolbar, click the Center button.

From the toolbar, click the drop-down arrow next to Background Color .

Select Blue .

From the toolbar, click the Bold button.

Click the fourth Ta b l e C e l l , which has the report title layout calculation.
Even though a report author may later override the title, the default formatting of the cell
will pass to any new objects added into the cell.

In the Properties pane, double-click the Padding property to open the Padding dialog box.

Change the top padding to 10 px and the left padding to 25 px .

Click OK to close the dialog box.

From the toolbar, change the Size to 24 pt .

From the toolbar, click the drop-down arrow next to Foreground Color to show the
Named Colors palette.

Select Blue .

From the toolbar, click the Bold button.

Click the fifth Ta b l e C e l l , which has the report subtitle text item.

In the Properties pane, double-click the Padding property to open the Padding dialog box.

Change the top padding to 10 px and the left padding to 25 px .

Click OK to close the dialog box.

From the toolbar, click the drop-down arrow next to Foreground Color to show the
Named Colors palette.
