Now, it's time to design our report. Place two tables in the report to hold the data in the
two datasets:
DSCreatedResolved
and
DSOpenUnassigned
. Follow these steps to
complete the dashboard design:
1. Double-click on and replace the text
Click to add title
with
Incident
Dashboard
.
2. Under the
Insert
tab, click on
Table
and then on
Insert Table
.
3. Drag the icon and draw a table on the left-hand side of the report.
4. Right-click on the
Data
row in the table (click on the left-hand side gray outer
part) and then go to
Insert Row
