In-Depth Information
The soil micro- and macro-flora will then go to work assimilating the fermented pre-compost
into the soil. You will be able to plant over and into this area in two weeks, and most of the pre-
compost will probably be unrecognizable in four weeks. This time frame is an estimate and may
vary based upon local soil conditions and the outside air temperature; less active soils and colder
temperatures will increase the assimilation time. Very dense scraps such as grape stems and bones
may take longer to fully break down.

remain.
