If you decide to add honey rather than sugar, then multiply
the amount of sugar needed by 1.3 to make up for the
moisture content of honey. Ideally, you would use a scale for
measuring sugar to be added; but if you don't have one, you
can use measuring cups and allow for seven ounces of
granulated sugar per cup.
