Snapshot five - materials management on the smaller project
Materials control is often ignored on the smaller projects. Management “close their eyes”
to the losses occurring on site, but they must be aware of the untidiness of their sites.
Even a passer-by can clearly see the chaos from the footpath adjacent to the sites.

insulation - why not put it in a skip?

rafters - mass waste of treated timber (this
could have been easily deposited in large
bags for disposal)
