The beer-buff's choice, named CAMRA's
Kernow Pub of the Year in 2011. Old barrels, wonky stools and scuffed wood-floors make
it feel like a proper old pub, but it's the local ale choice that draws in the punters - it
changes daily. Mine's a pint of Heligan Honey.

Another of Falmouth's too-cool-for-school
beer bars, fittingly situated in an old brewery yard off the old High St. The beer choice
here showcases owner Pete Walker's knowledge, gained while running Leeds' North Bar:
esoteric choices such as New York's Brooklyn Brewery and Bodmin's Harbour Brewing
Co are both on tap.

Along the quay from the Chain Locker, this is the pub for a sunset pint on a
nice day, with plenty of picnic tables beside the harbour.
