Kernow Pub of the Year in 2011. Old barrels, wonky stools and scuffed wood-floors make
it feel like a proper old pub, but it's the local ale choice that draws in the punters - it
changes daily. Mine's a pint of Heligan Honey.

beer bars, fittingly situated in an old brewery yard off the old High St. The beer choice
here showcases owner Pete Walker's knowledge, gained while running Leeds' North Bar:
esoteric choices such as New York's Brooklyn Brewery and Bodmin's Harbour Brewing
Co are both on tap.
