canvas awning, this cool cafe brings a dash of chilled-out cosmopolitan charm to town.
Rickety wooden chairs and old street signs are scattered around a front terrace, making it
a great place for brunch alongside the riverboat crews.

been landed on the quay a few steps away, and much of the fish has been smoked locally.
Opt to fill your bread with mackerel and horseradish mayo, kiln roast salmon with dill, or
classic, delicious Dartmouth crab.
Anchorstone Café

Oct) It's hard to know what's best: the view or the food. Tucked away in the village of Dit-
tisham, the dining terrace here is right beside the creek. Watch the ferry shuttling across to
Greenway, tuck into succulent Dartmouth crab and lobster, sip some local Sharpham wine.
You can cruise to this waterside idyll by boat ( Click here ) too. It's open daily and even-
ings (7pm to 9pm Wednesday to Sunday) during the school summer holidays.
