Trouble?
If a dialog box opens or an icon appears, prompting you to install the
latest version of the Shockwave Player, you must install the latest version of the
player to view the Shockwave movie. Click the Yes button, deselect the option
to install a free version of Norton Antivirus, click the Next button to install the
player, and then preview the page in the browser.
Trouble?
If the movie displays poorly (the words are split between lines and so
forth), you are probably viewing the Shockwave movie in the wrong font. You are
probably logged in to your computer as a restricted user and do not have access
to some system folders that are necessary to view the movie in the correct font.
This is a potential drawback of using media elements in a Web site. Continue with
