As the name suggests, Sir Max's restaurant prides it-
self in its grill: every kind of meat is thrown on the huge barbecue, including succulent
(and pricey) T-bone steaks. El Gaucho also does an excellent line in Lebanese food (the
owners are from Lebanon) and some fine pizzas.
Drinking & Nightlife
El Gaucho Restaurant and Nik's Pizza are some of the nicest bars in town (it's 'buy one
drink and get one free' at El Gaucho on Tuesday).

city and surrounding villages: their prices at the time of our visit were outrageous, though
(about six times the going rate), so just get the information you need and arrange a guide
through your hotel instead.
