A working organic farm amid 14 hectares of olive groves,
producing olive oil, sundried tomatoes (and paste) and marmalade (among other
products), La Tore is a wonderful place to stay. Decidedly off the beaten track, it offers
seven barnlike rooms with a lovely rustic farmhouse hidden among fruit trees. Terracotta
tiles and heavy wooden furniture add to the rural appeal. Children between two and six
years of age are offered a 50% discount (30% discount for seven to 10 year olds) if they
sleep in their parents' room. During winter there is a self-contained apartment available.
