Ephesus Museum
This museum holds artefacts from Ephesus' Terraced Houses, including jewellery and cosmetic boxes, plus coins,
funerary goods and ancient statuary. The famous effigy of phallic god Priapus, visible by pressing a button, draws
giggles. Look out for the multi-breasted, egg-holding marble Artemis statue, a very fine work indeed.
Visit the museum after touring Ephesus. After midday, it gets busy with cruise crowds being rushed through.
