Neck
We will use a simple icon to drive the neck's rotations, much as we did for the hips.
1. Create a NURBS circle, calling it NeckRotation.
2. Point-snap it to the neck joint. Then manipulate it as shown in Figure 12.64 , left,
so that the circle lies just above the shoulders.
