1. Start by hiding all the geometry except for the eyes.
2. When we created the eye, we removed the back half because it wasn't needed. For
the eye to rotate convincingly, we need the joint to be in the center of the original
sphere.
So create a single joint and, looking from the front, position it over the center of
the eye ( Figure 11.17 , left).

3. Switch to the side view, and move the joint to the very back of the eye geometry
( Figure 11.17 , right).
4. With the eye in position, rename it to L_Eye and parent it to the head joint ( Fig-
ure 11.18 , left).
