In addition guests at all on-site resorts get:
• An option of a wake-up call from one of your favorite Universal Orlando
characters
• Complimentary delivery of merchandise purchased throughout the resort to
your hotel
• Resort wide charging privileges are available at on-site hotels. Upon leav-
ing your credit card number at check-in, you can use your room key to
chargepurchaseswhenpaying,insteadofusingyourcreditordebitcard.At
the end of your stay you will settle the outstanding balance as one amount.
• Complimentary scheduled transportation to SeaWorld , Aquatica and Wet n
Wild . This runs once a day from your hotel to these locations and then once
or twice a day from these parks back to your hotel. The service is called Su-
per Star Shuttle. Seats must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance - this
can be done at the concierge desk.
In-room Wi-Fi access is offered at no cost to hotel guests for the “standard” level - if you
require higher speed access there is a “premium” option available for $15 per day. The
lobby and pool areas in all the on-site hotels have free Wi-Fi which you can access regard-
less of whether you are staying at the hotel.
For the deluxe hotels parking is charged at $20 per night for self-parking and $27 per night
for valet parking (plus tips) - hotel guests pay full price for parking with no discounts. Day
guests who park in the hotel lots will be charged according to their length of stay unless
they are eating in one of the on-site restaurants where they can have their parking validated
for up to 3 hours of complimentary parking. Parking charges at the Cabana Bay Beach Re-
sort are $10 per night for hotel guests. Day guests will be charged according to their length
of stay.
Refrigerators and microwaves are not included in any of the on-site hotel rooms, except
CabanaBay'ssuites.Theycanberentedforthestandardroomsatthepriceof$15pernight
each, plus tax. Those requiring refrigerators for medical conditions may be able to get a
discount or the entire cost waived.

and selected characters visit your table for you to meet, chat with and take photographs
