Time Keeping
Apple Watch is first and foremost a time-keeping device. It will let you know the time at
your current location, the time of any city around the world and even when the sun will
rise and set. Apple Watch is also connected to you contacts and calendar, so in addition to
showing the time, it also understands what time means to you. That means you can see
upcoming calendar events, monitor your activity throughout the day, see the current
temperature for anywhere in the world, get real-time stock quotes and even see the current
moon phase. These helpful pieces of information are called Complications, and can be
added to many of the clock faces included on Apple Watch.
This chapter will cover the many clock faces and complications found on Apple Watch,
and explain how you can use them to be more productive and efficient.
