USING AN ANGLE PLATE
Milling parallel on an angle plate
If you bolt two discs onto an angle plate and clock them so they are parallel
you can clamp the work true onto the angle plates while resting the work on
the disk. Then you can machine the work parallel and to size. This method is
useful when you are just starting out and may not have a machine vice. It will
also be useful for long workpieces that cannot fit into a single vice.
