A VICE AND A CHUCK
If you put a vice and a chuck (rotary table or dividing head) onto the milling
machine table at the same time, with a digital readout you can set datums for
two or even three items and switch between them without resetting. This can
save a lot of time.
A workpiece stop

A stop can be as simple as a magnet on the end of the vice jaw. Some vices
will have a drilled and tapped hole, either in the body of the vice or the fixed
jaw so a stop can be bolted onto the vice. Another method is to clamp a round
