The primary application areas for FRUCTOPURE™ fructose include dry mix beverages,
enhanced or lavored waters, still and carbonated beverages, sports and energy drinks, fruit
spreads, breakfast cereals, baked goods and baking mixes, dairy products and ice cream, and
reduced-caloriefoodsandbeverages.Becauseofitshighlevelofsweetnessandlabelfriendliness,
FRUCTOPURE™ fructose is also an excellent choice for sweetening organic foods and drinks
subjecttocertaincriteria(TateandLyle2010).
FRUCTOPURE™ fructose is made from non-GMO corn and is available in crystalline and
variousliquidforms.FRUCTOPURE™fructoseisoneofthemosteffectivemonosaccharidesfor
binding moisture. Its humectancy, high solubility, and lowtendency to recrystallizeprovide new
opportunitiesintheformulationofintermediate-moisturefoods,suchasgranolabars,icings,fruit
