Skill Set
Capable of performance of basic preventative
maintenance procedures within one or more craft areas
with no supervision.
Capable of performing inspection, analysis, and
evaluation of facility components within one or more
craft areas.
Capable of directing and supervising Level I and II
technicians.

Craft Skill Set
Lay brick, stone, and CMU and other masonry units
using a variety of hand and power tools such as brick
or napping hammer, brick or shill saw, pick, chisel
and hammer to build, alter, repair and/or maintain
brick and/or concrete surfaces and structures such as
sidewalks, partitions, floors, chimneys, etc.
Repair or install ceramic time, stone, or brick flooring.
Perform related duties such as caulking and
waterproofing cracks in masonry walls and floors and
coring holes through concrete or masonry walls or
floors.
