facilities in regards to maintenance impact.
3. Plan, organize, coordinate, and supervise the
maintenance, modification, and repair of buildings,
facilities, and equipment.
4. Prepare and administer outside contracts for the required
maintenance of facilities, including elevator, fire alarm,
stand-by emergency power, HVAC controls, etc., as
required.
5. Determination of maintenance priorities, including
coordinating and scheduling projects, establishing work
standards and operating procedures and preventative
maintenance programs.
6. Prepares and approves purchase orders and accident
reports.
7. Makes presentation of maintenance department's
operations plan and budget to management.
8. Exercise full supervisory and decision making authority
in the department, including the hiring, promoting,
evaluating, and terminating personnel.
9 Initiate disciplinary action and other personnel-related
activities as necessary.
