Tickets can be bought online or at bus terminals for Maritime and on the bus (cash) for
DRL; there are no phone or online sales. Show up at least 30 to 45 minutes prior to de-
parture.
TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN?
Single parents, grandparents or guardians traveling with anyone under the age of
18 should carry proof of legal custody, or a notarized letter from the nonaccompa-
nying parent authorizing the trip. Unaccompanied children will also need a notar-
ized letter of consent from both parents or legal guardians. This is in addition to
their passport and/or proof of citizenship.

Auto-club membership is a handy thing to have in Canada. Try the following:
Better World Club ( 866-238-1137; www.betterworldclub.com ) Donates 1% of its an-
nual revenue to environmental cleanup efforts. It offers service throughout the USA and
Canada, and also has a roadside-assistance program for bicycles.
Canadian Automobile Association (CAA; 800-268-3750; www.caa.ca ) Offers ser-
vices, including 24-hour emergency roadside assistance, to members of international affil-
iates such as AAA in the USA, AA in the UK and ADAC in Germany. The club also offers
trip-planning advice, free maps, travel-agency services and a range of discounts on ho-
tels, car rentals etc.
