The name is a throw-down of Neapolitan pizza credentials - 00 flour is used exclusively
for Naples' famous puffy-edged crust - and these pies deliver on that promise, with in-
spired SF-themed toppings. The Geary is a crossover hit with Manila clams, bacon and
chilies, but the real crowd-pleaser is the Castro, turbo-loaded with housemade sausage.
