Activate the
Louver
command (click
Home > Punch > Louver
on the ribbon)
click on the top face of the tab feature.

Draw the sketch shown in figure and click
Finish
on the ribbon.

Louver
dialog, type-in

Depth
box and click the
Reverse Direc-
tion
button below it.

Type-in

in the
Width
box and click the
Reverse Direction
button below it.

Louver Properties
section, select
Louver Shape > Formed
.

Expand the
Louver
dialog and check the
Round Louver Edges
option under
the
Rounding
section. Type-in

to create
the louver.
