Section > Sketch Section
and click on
the right edge of the tab feature.

Draw a line of

Finish
on the ribbon.

Contour Flange
dialog, select
Width Option > Chain
and click on the
edge of the tab, as shown in figure. Click
OK
to complete the flange.
