Escargot
Escargot is a dish of cooked land snails which is usually served as a starter. They have been
eaten since prehistoric times in the Mediterranean.
Escargots are usually cooked with garlic butter, chicken stock or wine.
Not everyone's favorite dish, but if you like to eat them back home then you will simply
