A de rigueur photo op, plus beer! Amsterdam's leading microbrewery happens to be tucked
in the base of De Gooyer Windmill, an 18th-century grain mill and the last of five that
stood in this area. The organic house brews are excellent; try the
skeapsrond
(sheep's
cheese) alongside. Tours (€4.50, including one beer) run Friday through Sunday at 3.30pm
and 4pm.
