In-Depth Information
9am-11pm; M2 Batthyány tér)
Attached to an 18th-century church, Angelika is now as much a restaurant as a cafe with a
raised outside terrace. But the more substantial dishes are just so-so; come here for the cakes
and the views across the square to the Danube and Parliament.
GAY
SCORE CLUB
10pm-6am Sat, one Fri per month; 4, 6)
We don't know whether the name is a threat or a promise, but Buda's only gay bar at the mo-
ment is a magnet for a slightly older crowd - not yet 'mature' but definitely no longer in
short pants. A welcome arrival.
