When the weather's pleasant, children (and adults) will enjoy exploring the numerous
themed gardens, the best of which double as playgrounds. These include the Jardin du
Dragon (Dragon Garden), with an enormous dragon slide between the Géode and the
nearest bridge, the Jardin des Dunes (Dunes Garden) and Jardin des Miroirs (Mirror
Garden).
However, for the young ones, the star attraction is the Cité des Sciences and its attached
cinemas. The brilliant Cité des Enfants is probably the most popular section, with a con-
struction site, TV studio, robots and water-based physics experiments all designed for chil-
dren.
