• Hotel Bus: Many hotels offer shuttle bus service. The hotel guest pickup point is
at the Arrivals Halls 1 and 2.
• Regional Bus: Bus connections available to towns and villages in the Zürich re-
gion. Bus terminal is opposite Parking Level 2.
• Taxi: Taxi queues are in front of the Arrivals Halls 1 and 2; journey time: 20 to 30

Arriving by Train
Zürich Hauptbahnhof (main railway station) is one of the most up-to-date and
complete railway stations in Europe. All EuroCity, InterCity, ICN, and express trains
stop here. There are three other suburban terminals within the city. Train depar-
tures are displayed on digital boards.
The RailTravelCentre is located on the same level as the trains, opposite Track
13. It contains all the elements required by the average rail traveler, including rail
pass validation. The rail information desks are staffed by 25 to 30 multilingual rail
travel specialists to assist you in obtaining train information, tickets, reservations,
plus many other travel services. An efficient numbering system is used—just take
a number from the machine upon entering. Hours: 0700-2030 daily.
• Money exchange office is located on the left side of the main Arrival Hall.
Hours: 0630-2130. If you don't have Swiss francs upon arrival, stock up on
them. Not only is Zürich expensive, but the Swiss prefer their francs.
• Baggage lockers are one level down using the escalators. Two levels down are
the shops and food services.
