Expand
User Messaging Service
in the farm tree.

Right-click on
usermessagingdriver-email(bam_server1)
, and click
on
Email Driver Properties
. The
Email Driver Properties
page appears.

In the
Driver-Specific Configuration
section, set the following properties:

OutgoingMailServer:
Enter the e-mail server hostname.

OutgoingMailServerPort:
Enter the e-mail server port number. The de-
fault port is
25
.

OutgoingDefaultFromAddr:
Enter the sender's default e-mail address
as the
From address of the e-mail
.

Debug:
This is optional. Checking this property will print the debug in-
formation in the log file.

Click on
Apply
.

Restart the BAM server to make the changes take effect.
