Click on the select user to add the receipt e-mail address.

In the select users dialog-box, you can choose a user from the list.

Click on OK to finish the configuration. A new rule appears in the Alert Rules
table.
When a user is selected as an e-mail recipient in an e-mail
action, the user's e-mail ID is automatically retrieved from the
identity store (LDAP server), integrated with Oracle WebLogic
Server. If you want to specify another e-mail as the recipient
address, then specify the e-mail ID in the select users dialog-
box, and set the AlertActionAllowExternalEmail at-
tribute to true in the following file. Note that it requires BAM
server restart.

Configuring User Messaging Service
User Messaging Service (UMS) provides a single consolidated bi-directional
user messaging service, which can be integrated with other Fusion Middleware
components. UMS supports a variety of messaging channels, such as e-mail, IM
(XMPP), SMS (SMPP), and voice.
BAM utilizes the e-mail service provided by UMS. To configure UMS, perform
the following steps:

Log in to Oracle Enterprise Manager (EM) Fusion Middleware control. The
EM URL is http://hostname:port/em .
