as the version control system of choice. The options change as the version
control system changes, because each supports its own set of options.
Select the version control system you're using from the
Version control
drop-
down list in the
Ve r s i o n C o n t r o l
dialog. Each version control system has its own
configuration settings.
IDEA
also understands that some of you are comfortable
using your existing version control client and aren't ready to change. Nothing in
IDEA
requires you to use its version control system integration features; it will
happily run outside of your client. Just disable integration in the
Ve r s i o n C o n t r o l
settings panel and use your client normally.
